1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the cards and contact information you add to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the right to collect and store Your Content, including any personal information about other people, and that your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content you do not have the right to store or share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to abuse scanning, extraction, referral, or credit features.

5. Credits and referrals

The Service may offer credits, including credits earned through the referral program. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may change, limit, or discontinue credits or the referral program, and may revoke credits obtained through abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Card scanning and AI extraction

The Service uses optical character recognition and automated extraction to read cards and suggest structured fields. Extraction may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of any extracted information.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Google Firebase, an AI extraction provider, and an email-delivery provider) and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MICO 360 and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited licence described above.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time at https://mico360.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MICO 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MICO 360 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Muscat, Oman will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
